We're going to need a bigger trophy cabinet!

That Boutique-y Whisky Company (that's us by the way!) have picked up a fist full of medals at recent Spirits competitions on both sides of the pond!

Officially released just last week, our latest batch of Blended Whisky #1, a 50 Year Old, is already a double Gold Medal winner! It has been awarded Gold at both the prestigious San Francisco World Spirits Competition 2017 and the International Spirits Challenge 2017!

Alongside the Gold Medal awarded to our 5th Batch of Blended Whisky #1, four further International Spirits Challenge 2017 Gold Medals were awarded to:

• Blended Whisky #2 Batch 2, 18 Year Old
• Irish Single Malt #1 Batch 1, 24 Year Old
• Blended Whisky #1 Batch 3, 35 Year Old
• Invergordon SIngle Grain Batch 11, 43 Year Old

We also picked up a half dozen Silver Medals for these recent releases:

• Macallan Single Malt, Batch 7, 30 Year Old
• Blended Whisky #3 Batch 1, 23 Year Old
• Girvan Single Grain Batch 2, 52 Year Old
• Millstone SIngle Malt Batch 1, 6 Year Old
• Paul John Single Malt Batch 3, 6 Year Old
• Slyrs Single Malt Batch 1, 3 Year Old

Whilst some of these releases may be a little harder to find, the stunning Blended Whisky #1 Batch 5 - made exclusively with whiskies aged for over 50 years was officially launched only last week, and many of the others can still be found at these fine retailers.

It follows the well-rounded style of the previous batches and there'll be 2,000 bottles available.  This is a chocolate lover's dream without the unnecessary calories! The nose opens with a rich dark chocolate note, while the palate yields velvety chocolate, and to finish? All the richness of a Black Forest Gâteau! It's not all chocolate mind, but it is seduction in a bottle!
