A velvety and creamy mouthfeel with a symphony of spiced fruits. The rye spice merging with the port-influenced berry compote. The sweetness balanced by the wood tannins creating a layered experience
ABOUT THE LABEL
We thought T.O.A.D.’s heritage grains, monitored by archaeobotanist John Letts, might just survive a climate disaster, hence the ideal candidate for our Climate Disaster label.
They are committed to organic farming practices, ensuring that the raw materials used in their spirits are grown without synthetic pesticides or fertilizers and that the grains could endure drought or flooding.
