his 8 Year Old Canadian corn whisky (95% corn, 5% rye) has been finished in ex-Oloroso casks.
Some of the best corn whisky in the world comes from Canada, and we’re really excited to have a second release of this tasty whisky. We’re expecting just 278 bottles for this release.
While Canadian whisky is typically known for its blending tradition and often includes a significant portion of rye, the concept of a Canadian corn whisky finished in sherry casks is pretty… um… boutique-y. Marrying the sweetness of corn with the rich and fruity influence of sherry casks?

NOSE
Rich sherry influences with notes of dark fruits such as raisins, figs, and dates., while sweet corn notes interplay with caramel, toffee and subtle vanilla
TASTE
A rich, creamy mouthfeel. Sherry-driven dried fruit flavours, complementing the inherent sweetness of corn. Gentle oak, and rye spices add depth and complexity in the finish.
