Blended Spirit Drink
Auld Alford’s Batch 2,, 52 Year Old -An second batch of our Auld Alford’s spirit drink, our label inspired by a classic blended Scotch whisky of yesteryear (Ainslie’s “Old Liqueur Whisky”..All those wonderful words; “Vintage” “Specially Selected” and my favourite “Bottled Too Late”, in this case referring to the long maturation taking the abv below 40% and therefore no longer Scotch whisky (and a “spirit drink”).
Outturn 437 bottles 35% abv rrp £99.95
N: Pure dunnage warehouse, ripe fruits, old oak, rich caramel and custard notes.
P: Silky and mouth coating, mango and soft banana with soft oak and lingering spice.
Speyside
Glenburgie Batch 13, 27 Year Old -This is the oldest cask of Glenburgie we’ve bottle to date, at 27 years old. It was distilled in June 1995, and has been fully matured in a refill hogshead (haven’t they all?) We’ve bottled this at natural cask strength too. Outturn at Natural Cask Strength (NCS) 338 bottles 54.3% abv rrp £249.95

Speyside #3 Batch 1, 8 Year Old - An unnamed Speyside single malt, from a vatting of just seven ex-Bourbon Hogsheads, It wasn't that long ago that an 8 Year Old Single Malt was known as an ‘Extra Old’ whisky. This is a really good example of the complex spirit this distillery produces. Long distillation in tall stills with boil bulbs maximise the reflux allowing the complexities to be teased out. It’s a wee cracker! . Outturn 399 bottles 50.7% abv rrp £39.95
N: Crisp green apples, barley sugar, lemon puff biscuits, summer hedgerow berries, fresh ginger and just a hint of fresh lime juice.

Speyside #7 Batch 1, 9 Year Old -A new (but instantly recognisable) label for this first release from this Speyside distillery.
