ABOUT THIS BOTTLING
It’s a cracking hogshead matured 24 Year Old, a release of just 285 bottles at 56.6% ABV.
‘Teaspooning’ was introduced in the 1980’s by William Grant & Sons. By ‘teaspooning’ their malts, they protect their brand from Independent bottlers from releasing casks bought on the open market as single malts.

NOSE
Quite delicate initially, this slowly reveals its nature. Floral vanilla notes, rich, set honey, on buttered rye toast, and some hints of citrus
TASTE
Those rich, honey notes continue onto the palate, sweet brioche, creamy vanilla, hints of nuts, alongside rich oak, and some exotic spices linger; wild fennel.
