Another small batch blended whisky from Dr. Whisky’s lab, this time it’s 100% Scotch whisky, bottled at 46% with a respectable 10 Year Old age statement (it is our 10th birthday after all!)
At Boutique-y we love a complex dram, and we’re spoiled for choice when it comes to mind-boggling, tongue-tickling single cask/small batch offerings that demand care to appreciate fully. This is for the other thing that we at Boutique-y headquarters love doing with our whisky: drinking it. Yeah, geeking out over a dram is our jam, but sometimes, glug-glug juice is all the doctor ordered.
A bracing blend of just one immensely characterful & well-aged 25 Year Islay single malt and one bright, buttery 10 Year Old first-fill bourbon cask Edinburgh grain have been married for this Blended Scotch Whisky with deceptive depth, and dangerous sessionability.
NOSE
Sweet, buttery grains, and lemon creams. Green melon, black pepper, and brine, with just a hint of beach campfire smoke drifting through.
TASTE
Wrigley's Juicy fruit gum, ripe papaya, lime zest, and more black pepper, and some rye bread spiciness. A lingering gentle smoky finish with a pinch of salt.

Our label is a riff on our Blended Whisky #1 label, but our planet has become our cake, and we’ve got 10 candles on it, of course!
