Copperworks are thought leaders in cementing American Single Malt as a category in USA.
A delicious Single malt aged in new charred American oak cask. Even though their wash is made without hops, they’re still processed at Elysian Brewery. Some folks can taste a hint of hops lingering on the finish.
Clean fermentation, Forsyths stills in the shape of the more sweet Scotch distilleries and a passion for experimentation resulted in Copperworks winning Craft Distillery of the Year 2018!
Nose
Bruised apple, Vidalia onions, sweet wood underpins.
Palate
Huge and mouth filling, a burst of skittles and cask char.
About the Label
We wanted to showcase Copperworks brewing background on the label, so we have hop vines taking over the distillery floor.
Pictured are the two co-founders Jason and Micah, and Jeff, the VP of sales.
The heavenly light coming into the room is a nod to Elysian Brewing who partnered with Copperworks in the beginning to design a wash for distillation.
