Non chill-filtered, and natural cask matured colour
NOSE
Fruity muffins, buttery oak, opening up into sherried goodness: raisins, prunes, dates, drizzles of runny toffee and toasted nuts.
TASTE
Big, bold, and fruity! Toffee ripple ice cream, wafer, and popcorn join toasted almonds and cooked peach, white cracks of black pepper nestle in the depths.
ABOUT THE LABEL
In keeping with our ‘deer theme’ for the labels for this collection we picked the Moose.

Boutique-y Whisky artist, Emily Chappell, is a genius. Period.
The colours of the labels reflect the colour palette of the Aurora Borealis, while the ‘wave pattern’ across all of the labels symbolises the way the Aurora Borealis is always moving in the sky, if you’ve been lucky enough to see it.
AWARDS
A Gold for That Boutique‐y Whisky Company’s Canadian Corn Whisky 8 Years Old at the 2024 World Whisky Masters . The judges said “The expression impressed with its lovely nose with caramel and toffee-like sweetness, creamy and soft palate with buttery texture, some earthiness and soft vanilla ice cream, late woody dryness and peppery heat”.
We were also awarded a Silver at the 2024 IWSC awards. It was the highest placed Canadian Whisky in the awards, and the judges had some lovely things to say about it too: “Aromatic profile rich coffee and cigar leaves. Palate delivers layers of exquisite sherry and delightful spiciness. A luscious, creamy mid- palate reveals caramel, vanilla, and candied fruit. Crisp, dry, satisfying finish.”
