Two Panama rum cask finished malts from Caol Ila and Mortlach, a Balblair that may have been finished in an ex-banana boat (or first fill ex-Bourbon cask) and a classic long aged single grain from North British that’s full of this wonderful toasted coconut notes. Then there’s our Canadian corn that’s got notes of smoked blackcurrant juice from a marriage of PX and an ex-Islay cask.

Our ‘End of the World’ selection consists of fifteen headline whiskies; Three ‘golden vintages from the Isle of Arran, Ben Nevis, and Glen Grant. Four ‘Batch 1s’ from distilleries we’ve never bottle before; Imperial, Dalmunach, Strathisla, and a new secret Speyside. There are three ‘finished’ whiskies from Braeval,Campbeltown, and Highland Park, There are four non-Scotch whiskies from Canada, Wales and England, and to bring these all together there’s an End of the World Whisky Blend, of course…

Our headliners span the globe once again with ten malts from across Europe, the Far East, and America, each using something different to introduce a smoky flavour to their whiskies; be it Scottish peated malt, ex-islay casks, local peat, hardwood; Alder, Birch, Beech, and Mesquite, or even Urtica dioica (stinging nettles)…

Our headline whisky lineup is pretty impressive, with 14 movie references to get through.

It’s a collection of both Scotch, and World whiskies. Seven Scottish malt whiskies (one teaspooned), a Scottish Single Grain, malts from Australia, Sweden, India, and Italy, and then two rye whiskies (huzzah!). One from the US, and one from Finland.

After the success of our first Australian whisky series, we're back with another selection of distilleries from ‘down under’ as well as a couple of hopefully now, familiar faces. It’s also a chance for us to get our ‘return to Oz’ yellow brick road on the labels…

This is a whistle stop journey of nine whiskies from across Scandinavia, and North West Europe!

There are five brand new whisky labels from the pen of Emily Chappell, and this collection includes our first ever whisky produced in Austria, and our first Buckwheat spirit too. We can’t label this whisky, because Buckwheat isn’t a grain, although it is known as a ‘pseudocereal’. It’s actually a grain-like seed, and not related to wheat at all. It’s actually related to sorrel and rhubarb!

A collection of ten whiskies from right around the world. Whiskies from Scandinavia, Europe, USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. The common theme: wine casks have been used, either for finishing or full maturation. Some, certainly within the accompanying Scotch Whiskies, we’ve had a hand in.

This release consists of seven single malts and one rye whisky. Eight brand new labels from the ever talented Emily Chappell telling stories from the distillery and distillers themselves. All of these releases, except Starward, come from small family distilleries with annual production capacities ranging from just 2,000 to 40,000 litres. Only Starward with it’s recent injection of cash from Diageo’s investment arm ‘Distill Ventures’ has a production capacity similar to that of some of the smaller Scotch whisky distilleries at around 2 mlpa
